General Information

Concert and camping are sold separately.

A general campsite includes one site for a RV or tent, one vehicle pass, and one camping pass. General campsites are first come, first serve. Additional people camping at the site must purchase a camping pass. 

All reserved sites include one site for a RV or tent, one vehicle pass, and two camping passes. All sites are approximately 25'x50'.

Public showers are on-site. Sewage and fresh water trucks are available on-site for drain and fill.

Private porta potties are available to rent for $200. To reserve one, call  Jena at 218-252-7240.  

ATMs are available on-site.

Age Restrictions (No exceptions)
General admission concert tickets: all ages. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 
Camping: 18+
VIP concert tickets: 21+

VIP includes access to the VIP double decker lounge and bar, close stage access, all day beer, snacks, soda, water, and one food ticket a day to use at any vendor. 

Parking is available in the lot east of the concert area for $10 a day.

There is free lawn chair seating in the concert area.

There are multiple bars, food vendors, retail vendors, and a side stage tent with daily activities inside the concert area.

GONE COUNTRY  

Early camping begins at 9am on Wednesday, June 12th.  

There is no charge for early camping as long as you have purchased a 3-day concert ticket and camping pass. 

ROCK 

Early camping  will begin on Tuesday, July 23rd at 9:00am. Everyone who plans to camp early and/or attend the pre-party on Wednesday, July 19th needs to purchase a pre-party admission ticket.  

It is recommended to purchase the pre-party tickets online to speed up the check in process at the gate, plus they are available now on Eventbrite for $20 (plus taxes and fees) and will be $30 at the gate.

Event Policies

-Mid Summer Music Fest  is not responsible for replacement of wristbands lost or stolen tickets and or passes. All tickets and wristbands should be treated as cash. Wristbands are void if removed or tampered with. 
-No campground entry without a camping and concert wristband.   
-Violators will have their wristbands cut and must leave the event.
-All artists advertised are confirmed. Acts are subject to change. This is an outdoor event. No refunds will be given if an act fails to appear or if there are cancellations due to weather conditions. All sales are final.  
-All persons at the event may be photographed for promotional purposes without prior approval and compensation. 
-Only small bags are allowed in the concert area and are subject to inspection. All persons are subject to pat downs.
-All persons enter the event grounds at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, officers, volunteers, agents, employees, promoters, sponsors, or any other individuals with the event. 
-No outside food or drinks allowed in concert area. 
-No firearms or weapons of any kind allowed. 
-No fireworks allowed. 
-No pets allowed. 
-No glass bottles allowed. 
-No unauthorized professional cameras or video recording allowed. 
-Campfires are only allowed with a fire pit or ring. 
-No outside firewood. Firewood will be available for purchase. 
-No scooters, golf carts, UTVs, or ATVs allowed. 
-No illegal drugs or substances allowed.
