Event and Ticket Policies

 

Ticket refunds:

Full ticket refunds are available up to 45 days prior to the event. 

 

In the event that Mid summer music fest is cancelled by the promoter, full refunds will be issued.

 

Mid summer music fest  is not responsible for replacement of wristbands lost or stolen tickets and or passes. All tickets and wristbands should be treated as cash.

 

Any bands/artists/performers  advertised are confirmed.  Acts are subject to change.  No refunds/exchanges due to failure of an act to appear or perform.

 
Wristbands are void if removed or tampered with.

 

Video recording/photos  or  professional cameras are not allowed in the concert area. Violators of this are subject to removal from the event grounds.

 

All persons at the event may be photographed for promotional purposes without prior approval and compensation.
 

All persons are subject to pat downs, bags, purses,  and other items carried are subject to inspection.

 

All persons enter the event grounds at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, officers, volunteers, agents, employees, promoters, sponsors or any other individuals with the event.

 

Event rules:

No pets are allowed anywhere at the event

No glass bottles 

Campfires are only allowed in designated areas 

No scooters, dirt bikes, or pit bikes 

No illegal drugs or substance
